I know my calves are big but………
Well folks, I’ve managed to do something very nasty to my right calf. Once again it seems that my heart, lungs, stubborness and the stupid delusion that I can still just get off the couch and hit the ground running (or cycling) have combined to make me ask things of my body that it really shouldn’t do given its fat content. ;o(
Spent yesterday evening pondering and talking to coachly types who I know and the bitter truth seems to be that my priorities need to shift a wee bit. Not in terms of big goals or big hills, but in how I structure the path to them.
Cut to chase? I need to spend some time getting thin before I start a more structured aerobic training plan.
